Day 1 – Arrival & Explore Jaffna

  • Meet & greet in Jaffna.
  • Visit Nallur Kandaswamy Temple – dedicated to Lord Murugan.
  • Explore Nagadeepa Temple, Jaffna Fort, and Casuarina Beach.
    Overnight: Jaffna

Day 2 – Jaffna ➜ Trincomalee

  • Travel to Trincomalee, one of Ravana’s ancient kingdoms.
  • Visit Koneswaram Temple, known as the “Temple of a Thousand Pillars,” built atop Swami Rock.
  • See Lovers’ Leap viewpoint and enjoy a sea view of Trincomalee.
    Overnight: Trincomalee

Day 3 – Trincomalee ➜ Dambulla ➜ Kandy

  • Visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress.
  • Continue to Kandy, visit Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and enjoy an evening cultural dance show.
    Overnight: Kandy

Day 4 – Kandy ➜ Ramboda ➜ Nuwara Eliya

  • Visit Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple at Ramboda, managed by the Chinmaya Mission.
  • Stop at Ramboda Waterfalls and a Tea Factory en route.
  • Arrive in Nuwara Eliya (Little England).
    Overnight: Nuwara Eliya

Day 5 – Nuwara Eliya (Seetha Amman Temple & Ashok Vatika)

  • Visit Seetha Amman Temple, believed to be the spot where Sita was held captive.
  • Explore Ashok Vatika (Hakgala Botanical Garden) and Divurumpola Temple, where Sita underwent the “Agni Pariksha.”
  • Evening free for leisure or Gregory Lake visit.
    Overnight: Nuwara Eliya

Day 6 – Nuwara Eliya → Ella → Galle (Rumassala)

  • Depart for Ella, visit Ravana Falls and Ravana Cave, believed to be sites from the Ramayana.
  • Continue to Galle, located on the southern coast.
  • Visit Rumassala Hill, where Hanuman is said to have dropped a piece of the Himalayan mountain carrying medicinal herbs.
  • Stroll around Galle Fort (UNESCO site).
    Overnight: Galle

Day 7 – Galle ➜ Bentota

  • Continue to Bentota and relax on golden beaches.
  • Relax by the beach or enjoy optional activities:
    • Madu River Boat Safari
    • Turtle Hatchery visit
    • Water sports (banana ride, jet ski, snorkeling)
      Overnight: Bentota

Day 8 – Colombo → Mannar → Jaffna

  • Travel north to Mannar, believed to be part of the ancient Rama’s Bridge (Adam’s Bridge) connecting India and Sri Lanka.
  • Visit Thiruketheeswaram Temple, one of the five major Shiva temples in the island.
  • Continue to Jaffna.
    Overnight: Jaffna

Day 9 – Jaffna Departure

  • Visit Naguleswaram Temple, one of the five ancient Shiva shrines in Sri Lanka (Panch Ishwarams).
  • Transfer to Jaffna Airport or Railway Station for departure.
